Kick On Form Women was developed to encourage more women to become involved in football (soccer) that weren’t already playing or wanted it to fit into their busy lives. It is a low-impact social and accessible version of the game to get them started.

Aimed at women aged 16 years and above, Kick-On for Women is a 45-minute commitment each week, held after typical office hours. It gives all players the opportunity to focus on improving their own fitness and well-being in a judgement-free and social playing environment.

The program has a strong focus on fun, inclusion and friendship and is a popular way for women to stay active, energised and connected.
