General Information
The Lebanon Fall Festival has a reputation as one of the finest arts and craft fairs in the area. The festival offers a unique shopping experience on Lebanon’s beautiful BRICK STREET in downtown Lebanon, IL.
The event takes place on Saturday, October 5, from 9 am to 4 pm
The event is outdoors and is a RAIN or SHINE event.
Admission is FREE to the event.
Food Trucks and live music are on-site.
Application for Craftspeople
Vendor Rules and Regulations
All crafts must be homemade
Participation is required for the entire open hours of the event.
Outdoor booth spaces are 10’ x 10’; some are on the brick street, and some are on paved parking areas. Craftsperson must supply tent and anything else needed. Tents MUST be supported and adequately weighted, 25 lbs per leg. STAKES NOT allowed. Electric is not provided. NO generators.
NO smoking or vaping in booths. We have zero tolerance.
All crafts must be homemade.
Booth fee is $45.00. Please do not send the booth fee until notification of acceptance.
Booth assignment is at the sole discretion of the Lebanon Fall Festival Committee. We will consider requests but cannot guarantee that is where the assignment will be.
Set up can begin Saturday morning at 6 am and must be completed by 8 am. Instructions and a map will be sent to all vendors before the event. To facilitate expeditious setup for ALL event participants, vendors are expected to quickly unload and move vehicles before setting up.
Vendors should not begin taking down displays and shutting down before 4 pm. After the show ends, vehicles will be permitted back on the brick street for loading.
Before and after the event, there are a limited amount of volunteers on Brick Street to help vendors set up and break down if needed.
The event is held rain or shine. No refunds due to inclement weather or the vendor being unable to attend the event.
Art and Craft applicants who have not been a Fall Festival vendor the previous two years will be required to send at least three digital images of current work and one image of the booth set-up. Please email the images to lebanonfallfest@gmail.com with the subject line: “Craft Fair 2024 images”. Include with this email a description of your work with price points.
Selections of vendors for the Lebanon Fall Festival are made at the sole discretion of the Lebanon Fall Festival Planning Committee.
Important Dates:
Saturday, July 1: Application deadline
Saturday, July 15: Notification of acceptance via email
Saturday, August 6: Payments due
Saturday, September 14: Vendor emails go out with maps
Saturday, October 5: Fall Festival
Additional Vendor Rules:
All vendors are responsible for filing their own taxes with the state. All persons, companies or organizations renting booth/concession space do so as independent contractors and not as employees or agents of the Lebanon Fall Festival or the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce herein and, as such, assume all responsibility for withholding taxes, Social Security, State taxes, Public liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance and also assume responsibility for insurance coverage to, from, and during the festival and for accident or injury to himself and/or his equipment.
The Fall Festival Committee reserves the right to cancel any vendor agreement/partnerships/sponsorship at any time, for any reason.
The Fair and its organizers do not warrant or guarantee any particular results of the Fair, nor does it guarantee a particular number of attendees or exhibitors.
Any intimidation, verbal, or physical abuse toward organizers, volunteers, other vendors, or event guests will not be tolerated. Violation will result in immediate removal, no refund, and permanent ban from any further events put on by the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce.
