Book Voucher Request Form
Los Angeles Pacific University students may be eligible to receive a book voucher to help with the cost of required textbooks while waiting for their financial aid to disburse to their student account.
To be eligible for a book voucher, a student must have an anticipated credit balance, be a Chapter 31 military student, or be enrolled in the Ben Hudnall program.
Book Vouchers are only valid at the LAPU Bookstore and can only be used towards REQUIRED textbook purchases.
Book Vouchers are limited to a maximum of $300. *If you are a Chapter 31 military student, your limited maximum is based on your 1905 VRC’s approval. If you are a Ben Hudnall student, your limited maximum is based on the Ben Hudnall program agreement.
* Book Voucher requests must be submitted for approval by Friday of week one (of the enrolled session).
* Book vouchers expire Tuesday of week two if not used, no exceptions.
