I acknowledge I am enrolling in Le Jardin des Enfants (JDE) “JDE Chez Moi Program which includes a weekly French-language video geared to children aged 2-6.  Videos will be sent on Monday of each of the four weeks for which I have paid. I understand that materials shared with me as a result of my participation in this program are for my family’s personal use only.  I understand I may not share any materials including videos and curricular materials with anybody else.  I acknowledge that all content I am able to access through the program is the property of JDE.

I understand that JDE reserves the right to exclude any child/family, either permanently or temporarily, if JDE deems, at its sole discretion, that the parties have engaged in improper behavior including but not limited to sharing of videos with non-subscribing parties or abusive language in online community spaces.  Refunds for such exclusions will not be provided.  

I understand that at-home programming requires families to have sufficient technology with which to access programming and JDE will not provide this. I understand that children will not be supervised by JDE staff and must be supervised by adults in the home. I understand that I may cancel my participating in this program at any time by giving JDE notice of desired discontinuation.  A 50% refund will be granted if no more than one week has passed since the payment was made.  If more than a week has passed, no refund will be granted.  

My payment acknowledges my understanding and agreement to the conditions mentioned herein.
