Please use this form to let us know of any talents your child have that we could celebrate in school. These could be anything from clubs they take part in to interests and hobbies. If you have more than one child with us, please submit multiple forms.

We are also creating displays in school to celebrate these talents. If you would like your child's image to be part of one of these, please give your class teacher a photograph ensuring you include your child's class, name and talent.
