Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Kelowna Fan Experience 2022 from July 15th-17th! Volunteers will receive a pass to the event to visit exhibits, shows, workshops and all KFX has to offer while not on their volunteering shift. Position Applying For *

Ticket Taker – In teams of two, ticket takers will be stationed at one of our venues where they will work together to take tickets in exchange for the correct (age appropriate) wrist band. Applicants should be able to multitask and have a background in customer service.

Wrist Band Reviewer–This important job is to watch for wristbands at each venue, some venues will be age restricted so they must watch for the appropriate wristband color. This position allows you to see everyone’s costumes as they tour the event. Applicants should be comfortable talking with guest and answering any questions about that location.

Site Assistant – This person will monitor their location, answer questions and assist vendors/site director whenever needed. People applying for this position must be ready to run around on a moment’s notice and are able to volunteer longer hours as they will become a go to person for that site director.

Activity Assistant-This person will help run an activity. Setting/cleaning up stations, monitoring materials, and working with people of all ages/backgrounds are part of this job.

Concession Attendees - This person will assist with food trucks, set-up/clean-up of food vendor area, and may also be asked to be a concession attendant at the Black Box Theatre (Serving It Right is an asset)

Kids KFX Crew - Look after Kids KFX (Saturday and Sunday). We're looking for outgoing, friendly individuals who can lead activities, assist in set up/clean up and represent KFX in a positive and respectful manner.

Room Host - Do you have a specialty in video games, anime, photography, or table top gaming? Be a host for these rooms.
