Out of District Students Request to Participate in a Standardized Assessment
DeSoto ISD provides services to enrolled students and can occasionally accommodate timely requests from students who reside within DeSoto ISD boundaries but are not enrolled in DeSoto ISD.

Proof of residency at a residential address within DeSoto ISD must be provided, and a seat will be made available at the neighborhood (zoned) school if circumstances allow. You can find your zoned campus on the DeSoto ISD website.

If DeSoto ISD can grant the request to participate, the student must be prepared to show photo identification and comply with all district and campus policies, including test administration procedures, health protocols and rules regarding electronic devices. Participants must arrive no later than the designated time and report directly to the main office.

Presenting false records or falsifying records is an offense under Penal Code 37.10.
