Thank you for your interest in the Human Centered Design for Youth Programs Professional Learning Community (PLC). The goals of this PLC are to introduce individuals that work in youth-serving organizations to basic concepts of Human Centered Design (HCD) and to several of the facilitation tools used in this framework.

A few things to note:
* People are required to join this PLC in teams, with two people being the minimum.
* Completing an application does not guarantee a spot in the PLC.
* A deposit of 15% is required for those selected, due at the time of acceptance, the balance is due by the second session.
* A snack is provided at each session.
* The PLC must have a minimum of 5 organizations to run; it will not have more than 12 organizations (a waiting list will be created and people will be notified if anyone drops out and/or when the next cohort will take place).

Cost for two people (recommended and will be prioritized*) to participate in this Human Centered Design for Youth Program Professional Learning Community (PLC) ranges from $150-$1000 based on the suggested scale below it.
Sliding scale rates:
Pair not associated with an organization = $150-$300 (for two people)
Organization with budget up to $150,000 = $150-$300 (for two people)
Organization with budget between $151,000-$250,000 = $450-$600 (for two people)
Organization with budget between $251,000-$350,000 = $600-$750 (for two people)
Organization with budget between $351,000-$450,000+ = $750-$1000 (for two people)
Organization with budget between $451,000-$500,000+ = $1000-$1350 (for two people)

* We recommend people come minimally in pairs for a range of reasons from the most basic: learning can be more fun when done with a partner. To the more practical: it is easier to apply, practice and test new ideas with a partner who can support, encourage and correct, if necessary.
