June 2023 ASI Observer Registration
Thank you for your interest in observing student classes at the 2023 Atlanta Suzuki Institute! Please use this form to register as an observer for ASI 2023 by June 9, 2023.

ASI 2023 will take place at the Hugh Hodgson School of Music at the University of Georgia in Athens! Students will arrive on campus on Wednesday, June 21 for registration, initial meetings of elective classes, and evening activities. Full class days for students will begin on Thursday, June 22 and end on Sunday, June 25 around lunchtime. We expect the final concert to take place in mid-afternoon on Sunday.

SAGA members are welcome to observe the institute for free, but all observers are responsible for paying for their own visitor parking in the Performing Arts Center Deck (Lot E20) on weekdays before 5:00 PM. Parking is free in all surface lots (not decks) in the evenings and on weekends. The Atlanta Suzuki Institute will not be responsible for any parking fines incurred while on campus.

ASI is continuing to monitor the status of the COVID-19 pandemic, and has developed a tiered system of COVID-19 mitigation measures/policies that are determined by community case counts and participant vaccination rates. These policies are now available on our COVID-19 Policies page (https://atlantasuzuki.org/covid-19-policies) and all participants and observers will be notified of the required tier of mitigation policies prior to arrival at ASI.

Due to the unpredictability of the COVID-19 pandemic, in the unlikely event that 2023 Atlanta Suzuki Institute events are cancelled by the ASI administration, ALL observation fees will be refunded in full. The Atlanta Suzuki Institute is not responsible for the cost of any travel arrangements should events be cancelled.
