You (the "Data Requestor") have requested permission to use the CattleEyeView dataset ("the Dataset") at the AnimalEYEQ Private Limited and Computer Vision and Learning Group. In exchange for such permission, you hereby agree to all the following terms and conditions:
- The Dataset should only be used for non-commercial research and educational purposes. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
- The Data Requestor accepts full responsibility for his or her use of the Dataset and shall indemnify the team against any and all claims arising from the Researcher's use of the Dataset.
- Showing videos and images from the Dataset are only allowed in academic publications or presentations.
- The Dataset must NOT be shared or redistributed in part or full with any third-party individual or organization.
- The Dataset must NOT be altered to produce a new dataset without written consent from the authors.
- The information about the Data Requestor will only be used to better understand your needs (and use cases) and provide updates (or expansion) of the Dataset to the Data Requestor. It will not be used or transferred to any third party.
If you use our dataset, you should cite our paper in your work.
