GaTAPP Mentor Log

Use this form to log time spent with your TAPP Candidate. Round up times to half-hour and whole hour increments. Be sure to include the date, type of activity and amount of time spent mentoring the TAPP candidate. Log time spent on observations, meetings, pre and post conferences, chats, feedback, professional learning, model lessons, or induction plans. There should be at least 100 hours of logged time by the end of the school year.

Note: You can enter the hours weekly rather than daily. When entering the date, enter the last day for the week you are reporting.
