Team Information Sheet
As a school participating in the 2022 AWT Junior Bots program, we understand that we - specifically, our designated teacher/advisor/coach - will be expected to:

- Identify and select students to participate on our team.

 - Conduct regular meetings and/or work sessions with our team.

- Ensure all team members are respectful and responsible, attend scheduled meetings/work sessions, and follow all rules or guidelines set forth by the AWT.

- Provide guidance and support to our students, along with the help of our manufacturing partner.

- Facilitate meetings, conference calls, FaceTime/Skype sessions, etc. with our manufacturing partner as needed.

- Ensure our students and any participating adults from our school follow all safety requirements as instructed by AWT Junior Bots committee members, AWT members, or manufacturing partners.

- Serve as the liaison between our school and the AWT.

- Follow ordering instructions provided by AWT and stay within the budget we are given

- Oversee the compilation of our team’s journal and submit it prior to competition day

- Attend and supervise our team during the competition on April 30th, 2022 at Lakeland Community College.


We have read the above expectations and our completion of this form reflects our school’s commitment to participate in the 2022 JuniorBots program in collaboration with AWT.
