This form will act as a one time sign and covers all events you sign up for with Maker's Market CLT in 2022.PLEASE READ THIS WAIVER IN ITS ENTIRETY. CODE OF CONDUCT                                                               1-Every vendor MUST stay for the entire event. We understand emergencies and cases will be reviewed. However, leaving early without permission will come with a $35 fee that must be paid before participating in any future event. If you have paid for future events, you must pay any fees or waive event fees paid. *
 2-No excessive drinking at events. We understand you want to relax, but please limit your drinks until  after our events. *
3- We love pets. Please keep them on leashes and make sure they are friendly. By bringing your pets you take all responsibility of any damages they cause to property, others or themselves. *
4- Keep it positive. If a problem pops up with an coordinator or other vendors, please remain positive. Most problems are simple misunderstandings.  Bad attitudes can get your suspended. Violence, verbal or physical, are grounds for instant banning. *
5-We understand if you need to bring your kids. Please know that most our events do happen at establishments that sell alcohol. Foul language and liquor may be present from patrons. *
6-Equipment. We ask you follow the following rules for events. 6a. Tent : pop up 10x10 tent is preferred          6b. Tent weights: These must equate to a minimum of 20 lbs. You will not be able to set up without tent weights.                                                                               6c. Chairs: We recommend one chair per person, per booth.                                                                                       6d. tables : 6x3 tables are recommended but anything you need to set up your booth is encouraged.             *
7-Load in/out instructions will be emailed at least 24 hours before the event. Please read them thoroughly. *
8-If you do not show,  you will be charged a $35 no show fee before you can participate in a future events. Repeat offenders will be banned permanently. *
9- Refunds. We do not offer refunds, except under very special circumstances. All money paid for events is spent before day in paying venues, ads, coordinators, and equipment needed for day of. *
10- we do not guarantee traffic or sales. We have no way of knowing how most events will do. However, we do our best to match our event hours with host venue's busiest times. *
Following all rules listed above is mandatory to participating with us, do you agree to follow each rule? *
Host venues and MMCLT are not liable for any losses, costs, damages, expense and liability caused by an accident or other occurrence in bodily injury, including death, sickness and disease to any persons, or damage or destruction to property, real or personal, arising directly or indirectly from operations, products or services rendered during the event. Liability: Maker's Market CLT and all venues rented for the purpose of Maker's Market CLT events, accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of artwork/products. Concerned artists should provide their own insurance coverage. Please Initial *
.*Maker's Market CLT reserves the right to decline any entry or withdraw any entry from the exhibition at its discretion. MMCLT reserves the right to photograph and reproduce any entry for educational or publicity purposes in any format, digital, print, film or video. MMCLT is not responsible for misprints, misspellings, errors or other omissions taken from artist's information submitted. Please initial. *

By Signing below, I agree to consider this waiver a commitment and realize that no refunds or credits will be made once payment has been submitted(unless MMCLT cancels the event, in which case, a CREDIT will be applied to a future event.
North Carolina requires vendors to register in order to collect and remit taxes.  We ask that you inform yourself about the laws in your state. No fee is required to apply for a certificate of registration.
