We, researchers at Carnegie Mellon University, University of Washington, and George Mason University,  are investigating software design at the implementation level. We would love for you to share your knowledge with us by filling out this ~5-15 minute survey.

Research Consent
This research is being conducted to understand the activities done, challenges faced, and strategies used by software developers while doing software design at the implementation level.

This is a ~5-15-minute survey on activities you do and challenges you face for software at the implementation level, information on your software engineering experience, as well as demographic-related information. You may refuse to answer any question in the survey and withdraw at any time.

There are no foreseeable risks for participating in this research beyond those experienced in everyday work.

Subjects will not benefit from participating in the study.

The data in this procedure will be confidential, anonymized, and stored securely. We will not collect personal identifying information except emails, which is optional and will be stored separately from your survey responses for anonymity.
