Role requirements:
With a vast variety of activities on all weekend, here's a list of everything you could help us out with. If you have any experience, skills or preferences of where you would like to be situated, just leave us a comment below!

General Event Management - helping the festival team with stage management, on the day support, organisation and strong communication. This role is ideal for anyone looking to gain experience in running events. 

Activity Support - helping the lead facilitator with running arts activities eg graffiti, collage, screen printing etc.

Fashion - assisting in the fashion tent, upcycling activities.

Sports & Movement Engagement - supporting activities  and facilitators

Talks - supporting stage manager, helping to attend to speakers and special guests.

Any scheduling and placement preferences will be allocated on a first-come, first serve basis.

Volunteer Experience/Qualifications
If you have any the following qualifications, please check the relevant boxes. Please note: Volunteers are not required to give First Aid, act as security, manage teams or carry out any duties other than those depicted in the Volunteer Brief - however it can be beneficial to us, the volunteer or the general public should any unforeseen situations arise.

You may select multiple slots depending on your availability, or should you have no preference please select 'Any'

General Information
The site can be accessed from 8AM by staff and volunteers for set-up.
The site will open to the public at 11AM
All shifts are 3 hours in length.
All volunteer shifts will finish by 8:30PM.

First Aid kits will be on site throughout the event. 
In case of accident or emergency please report to Millie Poucher (First Aider).

Getting Here...
How do I get here?

We encourage all staff, volunteers and festival goers to travel here in an environmentally-friendly manner, whether that be on foot, by bike, public transport or electric vehicles. Depending on individual needs, we understand that this may not always be possible. 
Here's a list of transport options for you:

There are several public bike racks located around the city centre & Market Square.

NCT Buses run throughout the day and evening, with most central location stops around Victoria Centre, Friar Lane and Parliament Street. Please note some bus routes may be disrupted due to planned road closures.

NCT Tram service runs from either end of the city. Please exit the tram at the City Centre, Lace Market or Market Square tram stop.

Parking locations closest to the event sites can be found at:

- NCP Stoney Street, Stoney St, Nottingham NG1 1LS
Health & Safety
As a Green Hustle volunteer you will be allocated a set shift in advance of up to 3 hours to:

- Provide information and assistance with general crowd safety throughout the event
- Monitor capacity levels and ensure the site is cleared of public in a systematic way whilst supported by venue and festival staff
- Ensure staff areas are maintained throughout the event
- Immediately inform Millie Poucher (First Aider) of any accident or emergency.
