ABOUT THE PROJECT
This two-stage project that aims to help youth workers find tools for better coaching through personal development
and growth of their self-awareness and cognitive abilities. We believe that knowing who you are and who you want to be, helps you to make your own decisions and take the responsibility to shape your own life.The project will consist of two stages - two training courses:
First stage of the project will be mainly based on non-formal education techniques and almost all the activities will be participants-centered which will influence your self-esteem, well-being and self-efficiency. The stage will take place in Azerbaijan from 22.4.2023 to 29.4.2023
The second stage of the project will provide participants with frames and tools to coach, to communicate and to solve conflicts more efficiently. The stage will take place in the Czech Republic from 10.7.2023 to 17.7.2023.
You will gain professional competencies, which will allow them to identify the skills needed to set for yourself. You will raise their confidence, enhance their employability prospects, and develop your coaching and communication skills.

1st stage: Azerbaijan, 22.4.2023 - 29.4.2023
2nd stage: Czech Republic, 10.7.2023 - 17.7.2023

SELECTION PROCESS
In order to apply, we ask applicants to send us a short video that can be recorded with a mobile phone, and answer these two questions:
- What does coaching mean to you?
- What qualities should an ideal coach have according to you and why?
Your video should not be longer than 2 minutes.
Please upload it to Google Drive, then copy-paste the link to the relevant section of this application form. If you have any technical difficulties, don't hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT NOTES
You have to be fully available during the both stages,
- Travel costs, accommodation, food will be fully covered to the chosen participants by the organizer.
- Basic English language for communication.
