Emmanuel-Faith School Yearbook Order Form
Due: Friday, April 5th
The yearbook staff is working hard on finalizing our school yearbook. We are using the same online software company we have used for several years and offering it in color again. The yearbook costs $18 per book. Since we are using an online company, we need to order the yearbooks at the beginning of April to have them here and ready for our yearbook signing day in May. Any yearbooks ordered after the due date are not guaranteed to arrive on/before our yearbook signing day.

You can pay online or bring a cash or check to the school office before the due date of the invoice to avoid any late fees (you will receive an email from FACTS with the due date sometime after April 5th when all the orders are in).

The school will provide a sturdy "autograph" sheet for each student that needs one so that they can still get signatures from their friends and favorite staff members, even if you don't purchase a yearbook at all or only one for your whole family.
