Studio 131's Back to School Bash Backpack Bonanza and Venue Extravaganza Sunday, July 14th 10-3 pm. Set up starts at 8 AM and you must stay all day. Break down is at 3 PM. If you would like to make a donation to the giveaway please indicate at the bottom of the form. Payment is due in order to reserve spot. if you need to pay cash, Cash payments must be made three days after acceptance and brought to Studio131 Orange Lake 11803 104th St, Largo, FL 33773 . Once you submit this form please email Kelly at kduffystudio131@gmail.com. Upon arrival you will meet with Kelly and she will let you know where you are setting up. No Duplicate vendors will be accepted. But we may select back up vendors incase someone cancels. Yard spots are $20. We also have vendor spots under the pavilion $25, in our courtyard $20 and indoors $35. Food trucks are $20 plus 5% of sales. Thank you for your interest in our event!

Food Trucks- please check this option as you will only be located in one place- blocked off portion of parking lot (between the grassy yard and the courtyard/pavilion)
