Accelerate is a 3-day leadership intensive designed for those who are in the early stages of their leadership, generally between the ages of 27 to 35 years old. We know that leadership brings a great sense of responsibility, and when you find yourself in the early stages of leadership, it can be a daunting task.
The Accelerate Leadership Intensive provides three days of outstanding leadership principles as well as clarity on your leadership style and its impact on your organization. The capstone is an opportunity to complete an organizational-related project with the guidance of our consultants.
Accelerate will be held in Dublin, PA on the following dates:
June Cohort (now full): Tuesday, June 25 – Thursday, June 27, 2024, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
October Cohort (accepting applications!) Tuesday, October 22 – Thursday, October 24, 2024, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
While we do not offer overnight lodging, we are happy to help you find other accommodations.
Professionals age 27-35 are welcome to apply. Those interested in participating must submit an application and include two (2) references. Finalists will be required to participate in a short, 10-minute phone interview.
Applications will be accepted until all spots are filled. Accelerate fills up quickly each year, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible to be considered. We only take 10 individuals for the program.
The cost for the intensive is $1,200. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of $300 will be due to hold your place. The final payment of $900 is due two weeks prior to the event (June 10 or October 8).
