Emerald Heart has a 5 step application process.

1. Complete the Application Questionnaire.
2. Complete this Tuition Agreement form.
3. Sign the Release And Waiver Of Liability form.
4. Pay refundable deposit of $100. You may pay via credit card or PayPal on the Emerald Heart website https://www.emeraldheartkids.com/ or pay via Venmo @Taira-Restar  
Your balance of $700 is due no later than May 20, 2021 and is payable by the methods listed above. If your child is not accepted/ if there is not a spot for your child, you will be refunded in full.
5. Inform Emerald Heart that you have completed the steps above by emailing taira@emeraldheartkids.com

When all 5 of these steps have been completed and received, we will hold your child's place on our summer camp waiting list. We will notify you of this as soon as possible.
