The Drag Pitch Form: Forsaken
Texas is in the news every day. It is big, loud, stereotyped, and broken--but we love it anyway. Forsaken is a recurring podcast about our beloved Texas. We are going to be telling stories that open up Texas to its core and pick it apart. This podcast is hosted by college students who want to bring light to the brokenness in our state. These stories may have a true crime angle at first glance but look past just the case and into how the story affects Texas as a whole.

What makes a Forsaken story?
-Must have some sort of social justice, criminal justice, justice angle to it.
-Must be told in either a 1 or 2 episode time span.
-Have attainable sources(know of at least three that you think you could interview)
-It must be compelling not just to Texans but nationally as well
-This story works BEST in an audio format(you know of audio that would work well with the story, or already have useable audio, nat sounds etc.)
NOTE: We review pitches on a rolling basis. No need to reach out to us -- we'll reach out to you!
