The SFSP is a federally-funded, state-administered program.  This program reimburses providers who serve free healthy meals to children and teens in low-income areas during the summer months when school is not in session.  Through waivers submitted through hard work by the Dept of Education- Nutrition Department, we have been awarded an extension to this program through the end of December.

Thank you for using this form to order breakfast and lunch for your child/ren from the Brooklin School District. A schedule and time for food pickup will be determined.  Under special circumstances, delivery may be available.

By submitting this form, you will receive 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches per child (under 18), once a week for the duration of the program, tentatively through December 2020.
