Virtual 1:1s facilitate somatic balancing, rest, and release through gently guided movement/attention work, creative visualization, breath, and intuitive reflection. Sessions begin with subtle somatic practice to support nervous system regulation. This focus is paired with intuitive reading and collaborative conversation that result in individualized tools for the client to take forward and work with on their own.
Virtual 1:1s typically run about 90 minutes. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows the body to move and relax. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
