Empower your community with digital confidence through our 'Enhance Your Digital Confidence with DigiGo' sessions. 

These interactive sessions are tailored to assist residents in navigating the TravelEssex app, covering everything from setting up a DigiGo account to booking journeys and beyond.

To make these sessions a success, we rely on collaboration with parish councils. 

We kindly request your assistance in organising and promoting the session. 

Here's what we need:

  • A venue equipped with Wi-Fi or reliable 3G connectivity.
  • A minimum attendance of 5 local residents.
  • Promotion of the session through both online and offline channels.

Attendees are required to bring:

  • A smartphone capable of connecting to Wi-Fi or 3G.
  • A valid concessionary bus pass.
  • A debit/credit card for booking purposes.
