Accommodation Prices are as follows:
Grove Island Student Village:
Length of Stay:  Full summer – 9- 13 weeks   - from €130/week 
Length of Stay: 5-8weeks -  from €140/week    
Length of Stay:  1-4weeks   -   from €150/week                         

Brookfield Hall 
Length of Stay:  Full summer – 9- 13 weeks   -  from €110/week
Length of Stay: 5-8weeks - from  €120/week
Length of Stay:  1-4weeks   -   from €130/week

Groody Student Park 
Length of Stay:  Full summer – 9- 13 weeks   - from €115/week 
Length of Stay: 5-8weeks - from €125/week    
Length of Stay:  1-4weeks   -  from  €135/week    

Please note rental fees will be due for payment monthly on the 15th of each month, May, June and July
Rooms are limited so please book as soon as possible for the best chance of securing a room. 

If your first preference village is not available you will be offered your second preference village and waitlisted for your first choice. There is no guarantee that you would be offered your first choice at a later stage.
