自身の実体験をもとに現在のフィリピンパブで働く女性たちについて書いた『フィリピンパブ嬢の社会学』（新潮新書）が、この度、映画化される。いま日本のフィリピンパブで働く女性の労働環境や、フィリピン人女性と国際結婚したからこそ見えてきた、今、日本で外国人女性が子育てする際に直面する問題などについて話をする。
