2024 Midwest Regional Load-In RSVP Form
To help our partners at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) prepare for team load-in at the 2024 Midwest Regional, each team needs to complete the Google Form below to let us know key details such as when they expect to arrive for load-in, if parking will be needed for a team trailer, and when they expect to no longer need parking for their team trailer. This will allow UIC to ensure a parking lot large enough for everyone's trailers is reserved and enough staff are marshalled for a safe and efficient load-in day.

Please complete this form by 9:00am CST on Tuesday, March 19th so our partners at UIC have enough time to prepare for team load-in. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at MidwestRegional@FIRSTIllinoisRobotics.org.
