I hereby give my consent to the Spolek pro evropskou politiku, z.s., with its registered office at Otradovická 735/19, 142 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague (L 64237), ID: 046 14 411 (hereinafter the “administrator”), within the meaning of Regulation No. 679/2016 on the protection of personal data of natural persons (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), processed the following personal data:
- Name and surname
- Email

2. This personal data must be processed for the purpose of registering for the online discussion "German Presidency of the Council of the EU: A difficult task in difficult times" that takes place on 29.6.2020. The data will be processed by the administrator for the time necessary to ensure the planned action.
3. S výše uvedeným zpracováním uděluji výslovný souhlas. Souhlas lze vzít kdykoliv zpět a to například zasláním e-mailu nebo dopisu na kontaktní údaje správce.
4. The processing of personal data is performed by the Administrator, however, personal data may be also processed by following personal data processors on behalf of the Administrator:

b. eg. Providers of processing software
5. Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Request information about type of personal data we process
- Ask for an explanation regarding the processing of personal data
- Request access to this data and have it updated or corrected
- Request rectification, deletion of personal data, processing restrictions and object to processing of the data
