Following on from our previous 'Life as a Pro' Camp, we will be holding another this summer Monday and Tuesday 8th/9th August. 9am to 3:00pm. This 2 day camp will give an insight of what the day as a professional rugby player looks like. The camp will continue to be, to help players understand performance behaviours, continue their tactical, technical physical & mental skill development of performance on & off the field. Program will be run by recently retired ex-professional player and the clubs Academy and Performance Manager/Bears forwards coach Alex Toolis, with the help of former Scotland internationalist and Bears Head Coach Graham Shiel.

This camp is open to both boys and girls, Boroughmuir & Non-Boroughmuir players - all players from U15-U18 for the upcoming 22/23 season.

The camps will cover the following:
2 x Gym sessions (Strength and Cardio)
2 x Sports Nutrition Workshops
2 x Stretching/Activation Workshop
Technical Skills
Tactical Understanding
Positional Specific Skills
Unit Skills

The camp design is intended for young players who want to further their development, knowledge & understanding both on and off the field. Our experienced coaching team will ensure that participants receive detailed coaching and feedback throughout the camp that the players can use going forward into the rest of the season.

The Camp costs £80 for 2 days or £45 per day. Hot meal Lunch is included with dessert and fruit.

Players should bring - indoor & outdoor training kit, snacks, water bottle, gum shields, boots and trainers.
