📌 Application Information 📌

• This application is for assigning roommates among participants who wish to stay together.
• Due to the nature of group accommodation assignments, it may not be possible to meet everyone's preferences perfectly. We appreciate your understanding.
• As communication with participants is often necessary, we kindly ask for applications to be submitted through a separate form.
• To avoid confusion with duplicate names, please provide both your nickname and full name when applying.
• Accommodation assignments will be announced on the website after the application deadline and will also be confirmed upon check-in.
• If you are attending alone or do not submit an application before the deadline, you will be placed in a randomly assigned room based on gender.

📌 Assignment Criteria 📌

🏠 Basic Assignment Criteria

• Rooms will be randomly assigned between 4-person and 6-person rooms, with priority for 4-person rooms given to international participants in cases where conditions are equal.
• Since 6-person rooms are the most available, international participants may also be assigned to 6-person rooms depending on the application situation.

🚻 Gender-Based Room Assignments

• Rooms are primarily assigned based on gender.
• Couple Applications: Couples may request mixed-gender accommodation, and if possible, they will be prioritized for rooms with other couples.
• Group Applications: Groups may request mixed-gender accommodation, but all group members must agree to this arrangement.

📌 How to Apply 📌

👥 Group Application Guide

• 6-person groups: The entire group will be assigned to a single room.
• 2–5 person groups: Participants who wish to stay together can apply as a group and will be assigned together, potentially combined with other small groups.

💰 Additional Cost Options (Only available if extra accommodations are available)

• Groups of 5 or fewer: May use a 6-person room exclusively by paying the 6-person room fee.
• Individuals or couples: May use a 4-person room exclusively by paying the 4-person room fee.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Groups of More Than 6 People

• If 7 or more people wish to stay together in one room, please indicate the additional members in your application.
• A limited number of 8-person and 10-person rooms are available, and assignments will be made based on availability.

🏠 Changes in Group Size

• If the number of people in a group falls below 6 due to last-minute transfers or other reasons, rooms may be reassigned at the organizer’s discretion.
