If you are currently enrolled in the 7th grade at DMS and interested in joining National Junior Honor Society, please complete the form below. You MUST sign up using your Madison City Schools student email address (school username@madisoncity.k12.al.us). The deadline to sign up is FRIDAY, DECEMBER 20th!!!

You must have at least a 90% average in order to be considered. Applications will be sent to eligible applicants via MCS E-MAIL on Monday, January 13th.
