If you are a frontline healthcare worker in New Orleans or in surrounding parishes, please use this form to request donations of N95 masks, surgical masks, goggles, gowns, and other supplies for your immediate team.

PLEASE NOTE: all information you submit in this form or in followups will be kept confidential, and will only be used for coordinating deliveries. By filling out this form, you approve of us using the information solely for the purposes of securing and delivering PPE.

We are defining a frontline healthcare worker as anyone who is interacting regularly with confirmed COVID patients in healthcare and related fields: doctors, nurses, hospital receptionists, orderlies, and death workers.

#NOLAPPE is a self-organized group working on getting PPE directly into the hands of front-line healthcare workers. Our members handle sourcing, vetting, importing, and last-mile delivery of the masks to verified front-line workers.
