2023 Holiday Registration: Deadline 10/31
Residents of Winchendon who are experiencing financial hardship can register for a Thanksgiving OR Christmas food basket and can apply for Holiday toys for children ages newborn to 17. 

If you are interested in registering for either of the holiday food baskets and/or holiday gifts you must submit this form by October 31st. 

*Thanksgiving Food Basket pick up day and times are Thursday, November 16th from 11am-3pm.
*Christmas Food Basket pick up day and times are Tuesday, December 19th from 12pm-5pm. 
*If you sign up for holiday gifts someone will contact you with a pick up day and time. 

If you are NOT already a member of the Winchendon CAC the following information is needed and can be emailed to info@winchendon-cac.org or dropped off at the Winchendon Community Hub, 5 Summer Dr., Winchendon, MA:
* CAC Membership Registration Form- You may register over the phone, in person or online by completing this form - https://forms.gle/85wikDLshrF9fc9p7.
* Proof of Winchendon Residency- phone bill, electric bill, cable bill, rental/lease agreement or mortgage statement (any one of those).
