We would like to ask you to complete an evaluation  questionnaire about the PrivacyEnhaction application. PrivacyEnhACTion is a web application that can be used by smart devices owners to analyse the data  generated by their devices. The application aims to inform the users about the possible inferences  that can be drawn from their data that may violate their privacy and to provide user awareness.

Informed Consent Form
This questionnaire does not have any commercial purpose. The researchers do not have any monetary benefits by conducting it and the results will be used for research. All information collected via this questionnaire will be kept confidential.

By responding to this questionnaire, you confirm the following:
- I have read and understood the purpose of the questionnaire.
- I agree that the answers I give will be stored in digital form. Only the involved researchers will have access to this information and this information will not be distributed to an other person or entity. Data used in research publications will be anonymized.
