Pre-K and Kindergarten Extended Day Service (12:00-3:00)
Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students are offered the option of extending their day at Rocky Mount Academy after their school day at 12:00 until 3:00.

During this time, the children in Pre-K will have lunch, nap, and continue their Pre-K day until 3:00. Kindergarten students build upon their lessons from the morning and participate in curriculum-based themed activities.

Pre-K and Kindergarten Extended Day meet ONLY on days that are NOT early release or half days. On early release and half days, students staying past 12:00 is considered ASE.

After School Enrichment Services: (3:00-6:00 daily)
Rocky Mount Academy offers After School Enrichment (ASE) as an additional service to parents of students who cannot be picked up when the regular school day ends at 3:00. It is held on campus and children are separated by age/grade. Students enrolled in ASE will have a snack, work on their homework, participate in outside time, have free time to socialize, and engage in enriching activities.

A $5 late pick up fee will be charged after 6:00 pm, and an additional $5 per every 5 minutes thereafter.

If RMA is closed due to weather or another emergency, Extended Day/ After School Enrichment will also be closed.
