This quick and easy questionnaire below is for the residents of the town of Clinton. The purpose of the questionnaire is to collect interior information about your home, if we cannot enter due to the Covid-19 pandemic.  If you have already allowed us to enter your home for an interior inspection, please disregard.

In addition to this questionnaire, we ask that you please attach 1 photo of each of the areas listed below to Clintonrevaluation@gmail.com with the subject as your Map and Lot, or Address followed by your name. You can also mail hard copies to :
