Dispatcher Trainings - November 7-15
Remote volunteer delivery dispatchers help connect MAB volunteers with delivery clients! This means being online for one 5-hour shift per week (or every other week), monitoring the email inbox and dispatch phone to chat with clients and volunteers. This volunteer position is entirely remote. Everything is part of a template, so while the system has a lot of moving pieces, it gets easier once you've been through your first shift. If you're unsure if this is the right fit for you, feel free to fill out the form and also email us to chat.

Are you comfortable using Google Sheets, GMail, and Google Voice? *
Dispatchers should be familiar with all three! If you don't know one of the three, that's fine, we'll train you! If you don't know any of the three, please send us a note at mutualaidbrookline.delivery@gmail.com and we can chat about how else you might be able to volunteer with MAB.

When are you available for a one-hour Zoom training? *
I will be offering three trainings - please select as many options as you can below, so we can find the times that work for everyone! You will only need to attend ONE training.
Required
Please put your general availability for dates after November 7 below (Tuesday mornings, Thursday afternoons, etc.) The weekly slots we are trying to fill currently are: Tuesday mornings (9am - 2pm), Wednesday afternoons (2pm - 7pm), or Sunday afternoons (2pm - 7pm). If none of the above work for you, we'll find a time for your first shift and keep you on deck as a sub/backup, or chat with the current dispatchers about a shift swap! *
