This form is for organizations with existing partnerships & organizations looking to partner for the first time with the School District of Philadelphia who would like our office's support in identifying a school to expand their programming to.
Your organization must be: 
  • a formal entity (e.g. a 501c3)
  • offer your programming at no cost to the School District of Philadelphia and its schools
  • offering programming that serves students directly (not parents, teachers etc.) 
  • offering programming in school buildings and/or virtual programming during school hours.
Please note your organization will be be required to follow the District compliance processes including a legal agreement, insurance, and clearances.

Please confirm that your organization would like help from OSP in identifying one or more District-operated schools that would be a good fit for your program or donation. *
If you have already identified the school(s) you intend to partner with, you do not need to complete this form and instead you will be referred to the process for formalizing your partnership with the District.
