Winter Custom Hoodies
Thank you for your order!  You must fill out this form individually for EACH hoodie you ordered in Winter Hoodie Custom Sale. Choose your embroidery (including any add-ons to the hood, back, etc.).   We will be using this form to make all the shirts, so be sure to fill it out correctly.  All forms are final, so please take your time and check everything over before submitting! (Form must be filled out same day as purchase. )
All shirts include the cost of one embroidery only!  You must purchase a $13 embroidery add-on if you want an additional embroidery (limit 2 embroideries per hoodie).

Heads up, the underside of the embroidery is exposed, and some characters like hank have lots of stitching which may get a little knotty underneath.  A t-shirt underneath may be needed if bothered by the stitching.

If you ordered a pull-over hoodie or crew, what do you want on the front? You may choose RagaBabe or a character embroidery.  Character embroideries on Toddler/youth sizes will be center front, adult/larger youth sizes will be placed on left chest. The largest character embroidery designs are approx. 5"x5".

These shirts are made to order.  If your shirt has a minor flaw, what would you prefer? There are some shirt styles we may not be able to replace.  The 'Fancy Hoodies' cannot be replaced if a 2nd quality shirt is not accepted. *
