This survey is intended to collect feedback from agencies and individuals familiar with application processes for state and federal grants administered by Caltrans' Division of Rail & Mass Transportation. Specifically, we are looking for your feedback if you are engaged in applying for funds from the following programs:

* 5311/5311f - FTA Rural Transit & Intercity Bus/CMAQ
* 5310 - FTA Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program
* 5339 - FTA Bus and Bus Facilities
* LCTOP - Low Carbon Transit Operations Program
* TIRCP - Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program
* SGR - State of Good Repair

We will use this information to improve customer service and save you time by consolidating our application into a single process that will eventually allow each agency to apply for these programs simultaneously. Future surveys will address additional elements of the grant award and oversight process.
