AGE REQUIREMENTS
Children must turn the minimum age requirement on or before the session in which they are registered.

PAYMENT (TEMPORARY COVID-19 POLICY)
The cost of camp is $225. Payment is due in full at the time of registration to reserve a spot in class. A minimum of 5 students must be registered for camp to run. If the Medicine Park Aquarium & Natural Sciences Center cancels camp, a full refund will be issued or registration fees can be held and applied to another class. If you need to withdraw from camp due to COVID-19 related concerns prior to camp start, a full refund will be issued. If you need to withdraw from camp due to COVID-19 related concerns after camp has started, your fee will be prorated and refunded.

ABSENCES / NO SHOW
Absences, no-shows or dismissals due to behavior issues will not be eligible for refunds, transfers, or prorating. If you need to withdraw from a camp, you must communicate with the camp coordinator in order to receive your refund.

MINIMUM ENROLLMENT
Classes, camps, programs and workshops must have a minimum of 5 students per program, per session or day in order for the program to run. The Medicine Park Aquarium & Natural Sciences Center will notify you as soon as possible if this enrollment is not met. Please register in advance of the beginning of the session as this will help determine class enrollment early. You will be given the option to choose another program that fits your interest and schedule. If there are no other options then the Medicine Park Aquarium & Natural Sciences Center will offer other credit or refund options depending on program parameters.

DROP OFF/PICK UP POLICY
Parents and authorized adults must park their car in a designated parking space and escort their child(ren) into the the Medicine Park Aquarium & Natural Sciences Center and sign them in. Students dropped off more than 5 minutes before class start time, and picked up more than 5 minutes after class pickup time will be automatically charged for extended care at a rate of $10.00 for the first 15 minutes and $1.00 per minute thereafter.

PHOTO RELEASE
I authorize the Medicine Park Aquarium & Natural Sciences Center to take photographs of me, my child/children and our art work for marketing purposes. I give permission for these pictures to be used in the museum’s printed materials, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, websites, and social media.

BEHAVIOR AGREEMENT
1st offense – Verbal warning
2nd offense – Parent notification via phone, written notice or in person by the Education Program Manager.
3rd offense – Teacher, parent and child conference
4th offense – Possible suspension or expulsion from the Medicine Park Aquarium & Natural Sciences Center Day Camp

Any action committed by a child that could or does result in injury to themselves, other students, volunteers, guests or staff will result in immediate expulsion from the Medicine Park Aquarium & Natural Sciences Center . No refunds are given if child is dismissed due to behavior issues.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY
In the event of an extreme medical emergency, the Medicine Park Aquarium & Natural Sciences Center staff will contact emergency medical personnel and will then contact the child’s parent or guardian, in the case of a minor, and the emergency contact in the case of an unresponsive adult. In the event a parent/guardian cannot be reached the Emergency contact will be called. Based on medical personnel’s assessment, your child may be transported to a local hospital to receive further medical attention. Emergency Medical personnel will not honor requests to take children to specific hospitals, doctors or medical establishments.
