General:

- Customs are not first-come-first-served; I will select what custom I wish to work on.
- This form will be open until January 10th, between current date and then I will reach out to those I wish to work with. If you do not receive a response after January 11th, it means I have not selected you.
- I aim to complete a custom within 3 weeks of the timeframe set. If there are expected delays to this time you will be told ahead of time.
- I will not accept customs based on copywritten characters, real life people or their internet personas, appropriative themes, hate symbols, or harmful stereotypes of mental illnesses or people.
- I am okay working with body horror, gore, macabre themes, themes using arthropods/common fears, simplified mech or robotic themes, etc.
- All customs must remain PG-13 in topic and theme and I will decline reference images that depict any sexual themes or scenes. For more information on what I will and will not work with, please refer to my T.O.S. linked above.
- I do not grant permission for any artwork created by me to be used for AI learning or generation nor to be minted in any form for the purpose of creating of or usage as an NFT.
Pricing:
- For this opening I will be entertaining Bribe Only offers. This means the client provides what they are willing to pay, and if selected, that will be the price of the custom.
- Please keep in mind when offering, the price of a custom includes pricing for unique artwork created for you, multiple revisions of the design and poses, concepts of the design while working towards finalization, time spent working on it, and complexity of the idea/design itself.
- My minimum custom price is $300 regardless of style. The more complex a custom the larger the expected price.
- Once a design has been fully completed and given the final OK by you, I no longer offer to make revisions to the artwork unless I have failed to include something requested on your form or within previous contact.
- Revisions do not include adding of new, previously unrequested complex features, and may require additional payment if not previously mentioned before acceptance of the custom.
Payment & Payment Plans:
- I take USD payment via PayPal invoice.
- Payment plans are always available for customs at or over ~$300 usd.
- If you are desiring to pay via a payment plan please feel free to let me know in this form!
Please let me know your timeframe and installments but please do so only in a manner that is safe and reasonable for you. Discussion over payment plans is always available, but please understand I may decline some if it cannot work for my schedule.
- If you are planning to pay any of the custom off via vouchers or have someone else pay partial payment/full payment for you then please also let me know upon my contact with you ahead of time.
- I do not offer refunds on payment plans, only cancellations where you will get a custom up to the value of the amount paid before you cancelled.
- Payment plans can be put on a hold or wait if you are in need of a delay, however contact and update about such is requested ahead of time where possible or necessary.
- If a custom is put on an indefinite hold and reaches or passes 2-3 months of no contact from you, update from you, or installment of payment from you without notice of delay I may cancel the custom via informing you and offering options for what will be completed for the amount paid up until cancellation.
Streaming:
- My customs can be publicly or privately livestreamed on picarto upon request. Otherwise, I will give work in progress and design concepts through email, Twitter, or discord DMs.
- Please let me know if you wish for your custom to be streamed, and what timezone/times you are available for such.
