This serves as your entry form for an annual lottery drawing (one entry per book read).

The winner of each annual lottery wins a prize. Lottery prizes will include trips to the Vermont Historical Society Museum, Ft. Ticonderoga, Saratoga Battlefield, and Calvin Coolidge’s homestead.  At the end of the four years in 2027, readers reading the most books will be recognized and entered in a drawing for a grand prize.
