CraftsWoman Application:  SingFest 2024
Thank you for your interest in sharing your special gifts with the participants of SingFest 24!  All Craftswomen must be registered participants of SingFest 24and should complete the Registration Form prior to completing the CraftsWoman Application.  

Women may apply to be a Craftswoman by filling out the Craftswoman Application Form which will be reviewed by the SingFest Committee members.  We do have a limited number of Craftswoman spaces available, so the SingFest Committee will give preference to Craftswoman Applications that were submitted in a timely fashion as well as for crafts/items that are of particular interest to women/girls and that are made by women.

Each CraftsWoman will be assigned a space in the a secured location which is a large enclosed community space!  Each CraftsWoman is asked:

1.  to accurately complete the Craftswoman Application with specific attention to the question concerning the need for electricity for your CraftsWoman's space  (spaces with electricity are very limited)

2. to pay 1/2 the lower end of Registration Fee ($90.00) rather than paying a Vendor Fee  

3. to use either one of the 8 x 3 tables provided by SingFest or one 34 x 34 card table provided by the  CraftsWoman 

3.  to bring pads or rugs to place beneath all feet/legs of items that you might bring for your personal set up if you choose not to use the tables provided by the SingFest Committee 

4.   to use only the specific area allotted for each designated CraftsWoman space which is approximately the size of an 8 x 3 table or a card table...determined by need/request

 6. to be mindful of set up/breakdown times. These times will be determined in early January and each Craftswoman will be notified of the set up/breakdown time options.  

7.  to submit her CraftWoman Application ASAP or no later than January 1st, 2024.  Additional CraftWoman Applications will be considered if space is still available after January 1st. However, space is limited and we expect to fill these spaces very quickly!
