To all Guiding members,

Mountain Equipment Co-op is hosting another Club Night that is open to all members of the Scouting and Guiding community in the Vancouver Lower Mainland including Guiders, girls & their parents.  We'd love to see the GGC members make use of this opportunity and attend in Guiding uniform/clothing!  

**PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR CLUBNIGHT DATE THIS YEAR IS THURSDAY, October 24th**  

1.  This fall's club night will take place at the MEC Vancouver store location, at 130 West Broadway on THURSDAY October 24th from 7-9pm
 
2.  As the store closes at 7pm and we are offering access to the store and the associated discount to members of your groups only, we need a list of members planning to attend by October 22nd,  RSVPs are MANDATORY will not be accepted after this date.

3.  Your members will receive 10% off all regularly priced items purchased that evening - including bikes and boats! All items must be in stock and purchased through our tills that evening. The discount also does not apply to the following items:
    - Clearance Items
    - All Blundstone, Birkenstock, and Glerups products.
    - Items that are out of stock/not available at the Vancouver location
    - Items that are already included in a packaged discount

Members can put items on hold up to 48 hours before the event and can be picked up at the Member Services Desk during the clubnight. Items that have been purchased before the event cannot be returned and re-purchased at the discounted rate. There are no exceptions to this rule.

4.  All participants must be members of Mountain Equipment Co-op in order to make a purchase.  If they are not yet members, they are welcome to sign up and purchase a membership ($5) that evening.
