Co-op Special Ordering Form
Need a specific item or something that The Union for Gender Empowerment (UGE) doesn't already stock in the co-op? This is the form for that! 
 
As part of UGE's mandate, we provide gender empowering items, sexual health products, and menstrual hygiene resources on a pay-what-you-can basis.  Our services are NOT restricted to undergrads at McGill, we serve the wider community.

After you fill out this form, we will make an appointment to pick up your supplies at our office on McGill campus. (Monday-Friday, 9am-11pm). 
If you are unable to come to us, please let us know and we can arrange postage.

For orders that exceed a certain price limit, we will email you for additional confirmation before the order is placed.
