HIGH NEED: On Call Team Member (Lives in Monroe City): Someone who can respond quickly to the home if the need arises.
HIGH NEED: Mentor: Someone who is willing to be paired with a resident to work through a mentorship workbook with them throughout their whole journey. Requires a weekly meeting with residents. Preferably in person but we can accommodate for some zoom meetings as well.
Internship or Practicum Student
Bible Study Leader: Someone who can share their testimony or a Bible lesson with residents
Tutor
Life Skills Trainer: share your skills with the residents by hosting a class such as cooking, budgeting, gardening, or anything you excel at.
Review Team: be a part of intake, discipline, and graduation decisions.
Worship Leader: Provide worship for a worship night
Meal: enjoy a meal with the residents and uplift them in their journey. You can provide the meal or just join them for their dinner.
