Join us to learn how to preserve food safely! This class is specially designed for individuals with little or no experience canning. However, anyone who would like to brush up on their skills is welcome. This class is for anyone age 12 and up.
The class will be held Tuesday, June 27th at the Rhea County Fairgrounds Master Gardener Building.
There are 2 time slots to choose from. CHOOSE ONE TIME SLOT WHEN REGISTERING. The first class will be from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The second class from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. The cost is $20.00 per person. Due to space and equipment constraints, the registration limit is 20 people per class. The class will be taught by Meagen Brown, Meigs County FCS Agent and Kinsey Hixson, Rhea County FCS Agent.
Registration Fees can be mailed or dropped off at two locations and must be sent as soon as possible to secure your spot. Fees can be paid with cash or check.

Class Location: Rhea County Fairgrounds, Harold Robbins Ln, Evensville, TN 37332. The Master Gardener Building is located at the very back of the fairgrounds.
