The Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG) is working with three cities – La Quinta, Indio, and Coachella – to transform Avenue 48 into the Arts and Music Line, an interactive pathway that provides a safer route for bicyclists and other transportation modes.  

The project will be an economic stimulus for the Eastern Coachella Valley, where some of the region’s most disadvantaged communities are located. It is important to get input from the community and to show the need for the grant funding applications.
