Read and Acknowledge the Rules and Regulations. If you do not agree to them, we will not be able to move forward with your application then, Fill out the application form and submit it. After deliberation, we will contact you within 3 days to inform you of the status of your application. We will set up an interview if we are happy to proceed with your application.
- The first two weeks of your employment at is a probationary period. There is a 3
hour minimum per week to work at the club. If there is any issues with this please notify staff.- We are not exclusive, but you must NOT be a manager or owner of another strip/escort club. If you become a manager or owner of another club, we will need to ask you to leave the groups.
- All tips, fees, payments should be made in the club tip jars. If a client directly pays or tip you, please run them quietly in your tip jar. We expect our staff to be honest about this. You keep 85% of your tips/escorting fees. (The 15% goes to the upkeep and improvement of the club.)
- Please have at least 3 group slots available for joining our Staff, VIP and Advertising group. These groups must be visible in your profile. (You will be added to these groups later after the interview.)
- You must have the Club in your profile picks. No exemptions.
- Stage calls are mandatory. Please inform the staff group chat when you are leaving the stage. Also try to work 30 minutes to 1 hour long shifts at a minimum so that you will be more likely to encounter a tipping guest. (OS/(5/1)/SD)
- You are welcome to occasionally hang out in the club without working. Working means logged into a tip jar, being on stage and actively engaging to customers.
- If you are only hanging out, do not wear tipjars. Absolutely NO AFK wearing tipjars. Do not detract attention from the girls that are on stage working. This means don't dominate the conversations in local chat, or on voice. No idling in the club to just hop on stage when there is a tipper.
- You must greet all guests that enter the club in LOCAL chat. Not everyone will have voice enabled. Make sure you greet other staff members too.
- Please NEVER IM a client first, unless the guest is your friend or someone you already know.
- Unprofessional jealousy is not tolerated, clients will pick favourites and these are subject to change. No one owns clients.
- No children in the club of any kind, including pregnancies.
- If a guest requests that you do anything kink please use a private lap dance room. But you can also refuse any services you are not comfortable with. It's okay to say no.
- Your rate card must list all your services and not advertise any other clubs. No Freebies! Please refer to the sample rate card.
